Many service providers want to talk about how much time they are going to dedicate to your project or promotion for X amount of $. I couldn’t care less how many hours you work. I care about the outcomes you produce. We need to stop thinking in terms of hours worked and focus on what are we actually producing. The salesperson that puts in 70 hours but only closes 1 deal is not as valuable as the salesperson that closes 10 deals by only working 5 hours.
